Re preamps, you should also consider the Anthem STR Pre, which (theoretically) offers easier sub integration with your 13A's, vs. running ARC separately for the main speakers, then sub. I am running (dual mono) BF 210's with my 13A's, and having a heck of a time getting them to play well...
