    Synology/DSAudio question

A question for those who have, or had, Synology NAS and used DSAudio. When I access a cd selection I've ripped, DSAudio will play 3 songs and stop. Has anyone had this issue? Is it the way I have my settings? I have tried researching the net but can't find anyone having this issue, which leads...

    Another amp question

Hello, you haven't mentioned what your budget is unless I read past it. There are quite a few amps out there that will drive your esl's quite well. I have run Sunfire amps in my system driving big ML since '98 with really nice results. End of last year I came across a brand new unsold Signature...

Is it worth getting a Theater as a center for $1000 ?

IMHO..if you pick up a Theater for $800-$900 you've got yourself a damn good center channel speaker. However, with the Electromotions you may be fine to pair up a Cinema i and be just fine. Dan

    Anyone Heard The Illusion C34As?

I too would like to read some impressions. I have owned a ML Theater and a Theater i, both are outstanding speakers. Being that the esl panel has a much larger surface area and 4 powered woofers, I would expect a dramatic increase in range. Dan

    System #524 (Renaissance ESL 15A)

Very nice! Glad to read that you were able to convince customs to release your contraband with a little grease. You have a beautiful system, and a very nice space to place it in. Congrats!! Dan

    System #134 (Prodigy, 2 Descent i, Theater, Vanquish, EM-R)

Sorry to read that Chris, you had such high praise for them. I enjoy them very much, but I keep searching for what is missing.... I owned reQuest for sooo long that I fell in love with the big/full panel sound. I would like to get something larger/newer, but the big price tag of the newer lineup...

Opinion - CLSII vs ReQuest 2nd Gen

I owned two sets of reQuest, bought my first set new in 1998. I owned the first set for 14 years. If I had it to do all over again I would have ponied up the $2k for new panels and kept them. They are an incredible speaker for the money. Have never owned CLS, but have listened to quite a few...

    Synology renderer for videos

I figure that not many folks are familiar with my processor since its new. So I will re-state my inquiry; For those using a Synology NAS, what are you using as a renderer? Does it recognize Synology applications such as DS Video/Video Station? Dan

    Synology renderer for videos

Continuing saga....OK looking for a little guidance, as always, with rendering videos from my Synology NAS through my Onkyo PR-RZ5100 processor. I currently have 2 or 3 movies that I've ripped through Handbrake and loaded through File Station in an MP4 format for trial purposes. I can use DS...
